How do I change or cancel an order? +
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible. Anything still marked Processing can be changed or cancelled outright. Once the parcel is booked with the courier we cannot recall it, so it becomes a return instead.
Do you ship to all cities in Pakistan? +
We ship to every postcode our courier network serves, which covers all major cities and most towns. Major cities take two to four working days, remote areas up to six. If your address is outside the network, checkout will tell you before you pay.
How do I use a promo code? +
At checkout, open "Have a promo code?" above the order summary, enter the code and press Apply. The discount appears as its own line in the summary before you place the order. One code per order.
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere? +
Yes, on every serviceable postcode, with no extra fee. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives, so have the exact order total ready. Very large orders may need partial advance payment — our team will call to confirm first.
